New Delhi: Supreme Court dismissed the plea of Former Union Finance Minister P. Chidambaram to surrender the ED. Now Chidambaram is in the judiciary custody of CBI in INX Media case. Chidambaram council Kapil Sibal told the court that ED wants to harrash him by not arresting, though he wants to surrender.

             The ED’s solicitor General Tusshar Mehta told the court the ED has to interrogate six more people to connected in the case, then he will take into custody. The probing agency has the right to arrest at appropriate time when it required, said the court.
