Thane: The police arrested nearly 80 people near Mumbai for illegally consuming drugs at a rave party on Saturday night. They have been sent for medical examination.

According to police sources two organizers of the party have been arrested, the police said. Police recovered drugs, including LSD, charas, ecstasy, and marijuana from the party.

According to the police, invites to the rave, near the Vadavali Creek in Thane, were sent to hundreds on Instagram. DCP Shivaraj Patil told the media that we have arrested the organizers of the party Tejas Kubal and Sujal Mahajan. Some people from outside Maharashtra are suspected to be involved. Those who attended were mostly students and those who work in the corporate sector.
