Ayodhya: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took part in consecration ceremony of Idol “Ram Lalla” at Ayodhya Temple on Monday. The Idol 51 inch Ram Lalla was adorned with Gold and Flowers. A Five year old “Ram Lalla” picked a Bow in his left hand an arrow in his right hand and he wear white diamonds and Ruby, as Namas on the Idol’s forehead.

PM Modi offers silk robes, Silver Umbrella and Chappals to “Ram Lalla” on the occasion of “Pran-Pratishtha”.

The Pran-Pratishtha will take place at 12:09pm to 12:31pm at Abhijit Lagna in “Mrugasira Nakshatra”. After Consecration ceremony PM Modi offered his prayers to the diety, flanked by several saints in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Prime Minister Modi performed the first puja at the deity’s statue in the sanctum sanctorum, offering the first aarti and laying flowers at the deity’s feet to seek blessings.

PM Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, UP Governor Anandi Ben, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat was also presents the ceremony. The Ram Lalla idol on the ground floor of the new temple represents five-year-old Ram. The first floor of the temple, which is yet to be built, will have the idol of Raja Ram, along with Sita, Laxman and Hanuman.

Immediately following the completion of the consecration ceremony, flowers were showered over the Ram Janmabhoomi site from helicopters. Meanwhile, citizens across the country watched the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram on television. Witnessing this marvelous and rare occasion, people experienced an indescribable feeling of joy.

With a serene smile, adorned in golden ornaments, holding a bow in his left hand and an arrow in his right, the idol of Balarama offered darshan to the devotees. Today, the entire nation resonated with the remembrance of Lord Ram’s name.

A galaxy of film stars, sportspersons, musicians, industrialists and other noted personalities have reached the holy town for the ground consecration ceremony. Over 11,000 invitations have been sent out to noted personalities.
