Mumbai: Bollywood Actress Rhea Chakraborty filed a petition against Sushant’s sister Priyanka Rajput on Sunday in Bandra police station. She urged the police seeking a probe into Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh Rajput and a doctor attached to a Delhi based government hospital who prescribed in anxiety medicines.

She filed an FIR against the duo and other for cheating under the IPC, as well as provisions of the NDPS act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines. She was at Bandra Police station for two hours to record her statement based on the written application. The NCB official has summoned Rhea to appear again before the investigation on Tuesday.

According to the sources Rhea is likely to undergo intense questioning for a third day in succession recording alleged procurement of Narcotics believed to have been consumed by Sushant Singh and her brother Showik. She appeared before the NCB at Ballard pier in South Mumbai at 09:30am on Monday and was allowed to go home after eight hours of grilling.

As per the SC orders, no women can be questioned/arrested after sun down or before sunrise without special permission from a magistrate.
