Hyderabad: The Laddu’s in the Ganesh pendals will be a grate craze to the devotees to own it. In Hyderabad, the organizers of the Ganesh pendals offering pooja’s to the Ganesh Idol 10 days every year. At the ending of the utsavaas the organizers commence an auction to the prasadam laddu.

          Every year Balapur Ganesh “Laddu” creating a highest record in the auction. A devotee Kolonu Ram Reddy owned the “Laddu” of Balapur Ganesh with  Rs. 17.60 lakhs in the auction Thursday. It is the ever highest in the city. 28 devotees participated in the auction to own Balapur Ganesh Laddu, finally Ram Reddy owned it.

       Balapur Ganesh Laddu auction started in 1994 with an auction of Rs. 500/- and now it reached to Rs. 17.60 Lakhs.

      In Bholakpur the devotees of Vinayaka pendal held auction of Golden Vinayaka Laddu on Thursday. One of the devotee, who is doing fish business B. Vishnu Prasad owned the Golden Laddu in the auction with Rs. 17.56 Lakhs. The Siddhi Vinayaka Bhagat Singh youth association organized the Bholakpur Vinayaka pendal and they manufactured the golden laddu with a weight of twelve tulas and three grams.

             As well as Miralam Mandi Ganesh Pendal Laddu owned by a devotee with Rs. 11.51 Lakhs in the auction. Balapur, Badangpet, Saheb Nagar, Manchi Revula, Kukatpally, Bowrampet, Kothaguda, Miralam Mandi, Musheerbad, Film Nagar, Narsinghi, Kokapet, Ganesh Pendal Laddu’s will go higher rate in the auction every year.
