“Ulta Chor Kotwal Ko Dante”: TDP Approached AP High Court, Stop SIT Probe on Chandra Babu and TDP Leaders

TDP Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu had managed to stop the inquiries in 18 Court cases since 20 years in the name of “Court Stays”.  AP CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Government alleging that the TDP Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu and his party men were indulged in the corruption practices in many schemes. Some of the schemes are “Neeru- Chettu”, silt clearing in the tanks, sand business, Polavaram project works, Amaravathi land pooling and land allotments to companies etc which caused for corruption to the TDP leaders in the year 2014- 2019.

TDP Chief Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and his party members are trying to create a new trend in AP Judiciary. Corrupt fellows, culprits, white collar offenders are approaching the Court to stop the probe on their illegal practices in the name of politicians, VIPs ECT. TDP Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu had managed to stop the inquiries in 18 Court cases since 20 years in the name of “Court Stays”.

AP CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Government alleging that the TDP Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu and his party men were indulged in the corruption practices in many schemes. Some of the schemes are “Neeru- Chettu”, silt clearing in the tanks, sand business, Polavaram project works, Amaravathi land pooling and land allotments to companies etc which caused for corruption to the TDP leaders in the year 2014- 2019.

TDP party Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu and the party leaders and their henchmen are practicing the method, “We are above the law”, “Nobody will not question us and our corruptions”, in Andhra Pradesh. For this purpose they choosed the best way of “Judiciary”.

TDP leaders Varla Ramaiah and Alapati Rajendra Prasad etc approached the AP High Court; stop all investigating proceedings of CID against N. Chandra Babu Naidu and other party leaders. The AP Government ordered a probe on the committed insider trading and irregularities in the land pooling of capital Amaravathi. The then Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu and his party men purchased lands in the Amaravathi capital core area, by knowing the place of capital. N. Chandra Babu Naidu purchased nearly 14 acres in the name of Heritage Company, and other leaders also purchased nearly 4, 070 acres of land in this area, prior announcing the capital.

The TDP leaders took the land by threatening the farmers with a consideration of low price and benefitted high through land pooling. They are also encroached assigned lands, purchased low rates and mutated the lands in their names violating the “Assignment Lands Transfer Act of AP”.  TDP Chief N. Chandra Babu Naidu and his son Lokesh and his associates V. Hari Prasad, former Ministers P. Narayana, P. Pulla Rao, P. Sunita and others are involved in the insider trading. The cabinet sub- committee, which was probed on this matter submitted its report to CM YS Jagan.

The sub-committee report also placed in the AP Legislative Assembly in February 2020 session. as per the house resolution the Government of AP constituted CID probe on this matter. Later the Government constituted a Special SIT to probe on the issue six months ago. Now, the TDP leaders approached the AP High Court on 8th September 2020, requesting not to conduct any inquiry on their boss, the then Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu and his son Lokesh. If the probe continued their insider trading will broke out.

The TDP leaders and their supporters also filed a Writ petition in the AP High Court in August 2020 not to conduct CID probe against the Swarna Palace Covid- 19 centre fire accident case, which caused 11 lives. They urged the High Court not to arrest the hospital MD. The High Court interim order stopped all investigating procedure against the MD Ramesh Hospitals. The High Court also stopped the CID probe on SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh. Now the TDP leaders approached the AP High Court to stop all SIT and CID investigating procedures against the then Chief Minister Chandra Babu and his followers.
