Vijayawada: YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, former CM alleged that the DIG rank officers behaving like a don to collect the money by indulging in malpractices.

YSRCP Chief YS Jagan speaking at the press conference at YSRCP Central office, Tadepalli on Wednesday said that CM Chandrababu using the DIG rank police officers as a tool in his corruption practices in the State. The DIG’s are forming a army with DSP and CI’s who are working under them as his army to collect the funds from mining, sand, liquor, belt shops etc., from the business people.

The DIG is distributing the illegally collected money 50% to the local MLA and remaining 50% to the Chinna Babu and Pedda Babu. CM Chandrababu is harassing the honest DG level IPS officers PSR Anjaneyulu, Sunil Kumar, ADG Sanjay, IG Kanthirana Tata and DIG Vishan Gunni suspended from the service and filed cases.

He also filed fake cases against them. The Government has not posted four non-cadre SPs, one Commandant officer, 22 Addl. SPs, 55 DSPs. Eight DSPs are suspended and 80 -100 CIs and no. of constables was put in VR, he alleged.

The honest officers who are not mingled with the Government corruption practices are leaving the State. The young IPS officer Siddartha Koushal voluntarily resigned for his post due to the harassment of the Government. The offenders will flee from the State by seeing the police officers. Here strangely the honest police officers are leaving the State for not co-operating the corruption activities.
