Vijayawada: Sri Charani Reddy, Indian womens cricket player was received a warm welcome by ACA and the AP Government at Gannavaram airport on Friday.

After winning the ICC Women’s world cup – 2025, she was returned from Delhi after their interaction with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. She was accompanied by the former womens team captain Mithali Raj. They proceed to AP CM Chandrababu’s house at Karakatta after landing in Gannavaram airport.

Sri Charani Reddy met CM Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Lokesh at their residence and explained how the womens team played in the tournament and clinched the ICC Women’s world cup – 2025. CM extended greetings to her and wished her to achieve many heights in the field.

CM Chandrababu announced a cash reward of Rs. 2.5 crores, Group – I job in Government and 300 Sq. ft house site at Kadapa district headquarter. This is an encouragement to the sports person to encourage future generations. The ACA also organized a felicitation program at Kadapa on Friday evening.

On the occasion Sri Charani Reddy said that she achieved this goal because of their parents, ACA and coaches. It’s just a beginning to her career and she has more to achieve in the future.
