Hyderabad: The NDA Government scrapped Article 370 in not for publicity or for vote, said G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home. Speaking to the media on Tuesday, he said that the abrogation of Article 370 is fulfilling a commitment to the nation.

  He said that the situation in the Kashmir valley was by and large normal, but a few districts are in restriction, he said. The Minister explaining that the special provision for Jammu & Kashmir did more harm than good to the region. Various Government schemes and programs reservations were not implemented in Jammu & Kashmir due to the Article 370, he said.
