New Delhi: Former Karnataka Minister, Senior Congress Leader DK Shiva Kumar who was arrested in a money laundering case, a Delhi Court gave orders to ED on Wednesday for custody of Shiva Kumar till September 13^th.

       A special Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar passed the order after the ED’s request for 14 days custodial interrogation of Shiva Kumar. The ED told the court, he was evasive and non-cooperative in the probe and there was phenomenal growth in his income.

         Former AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi that the arrest was another example of political vendetta. He also said that the govt was using investigating agencies and a pliant media to selectively target individuals.
