Hyderabad: Telangana High Court ACJ Justice Raghavendra Singh Chohan, Justice Shamim Akthars bench issued notices to Telangana Assembly speaker, Assembly secretary, Central Election Commission on Wednesday. The High Court also issued notices to 12 Congress MLAs, who defected into TRS party.

         The High Court issued notices to Assembly Speaker, who is a head of tribunal in 10^th schedule in constitution of India. The High Court issued notices to speaker on the petition filed by the congress, the CLP merger into TRS is a unconstitutional. The High Court adjourned the case next hearing for four weeks.
