Make AP Assembly a Trend Setter to the Country: YS Jagan

Amaravathi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy conveyed best wishes to the newly elected speaker Tammineni Sitaram, after he assuming his chair. Speaking on the occasion YS Jagan assured the speaker he won’t encouraged party defections in the house.

            If any other party member wants to join in his party he must resign his previous party and membership, only he will allow joining in YSRCP. By mistake if anything happens wrong in defections you disqualify the defection member from the house. He urged the speaker to conduct house proceedings as trend setters to the country in value and constitutional values.

          YS Jagan also said that he saw no values and constitutional respects in the house in the past government. Some people said to him, if he will gave green signal to the opposition MLAs, the present opposition party would not get the status of opposition in the assembly. So he won’t do the mistakes, which committed by the TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu in his ruling of five years. He purchased 23 MLAs and three MPs of YSRCP illegally and he made four MLAs, ministers in his cabinet.

          The former speaker also not gave opportunities to the opposition leaders and opposition MLAs to speak in house, he said. YS Jagan suggested the speaker to provide opportunities to all members in the house including opposition without any discretion. He hoped that the new speaker will create a history in preserving the values, traditions, conventions and the values of house and constitutional and constitution.

Buggana Rajendranath Reddy: AP Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy urged the speaker Tammineni Sitaram to provide equal opportunities to all members in house and create a trend setter in the country in conducting the proceedings with constitutional values and traditions of the house.

Deputy Chief Minister P. Pushpa Sree Vani: Deputy Chief Minister Pushapa Sree Vani requested the speaker to organize training classes to the newly elected MLAs about the legislature practices in the house, and also she requested to give opportunities to the women legislatures to hear their voice in the house.

        Many other ministers and MLAs in the house conveyed wishes to the newly elected speaker Tammineni Sitaram.
