Vijayawada: The AP DIG Palraj alleged that the former Intelligence DG AB Venkateshwara Rao’s letter to CBI on the murder of the former Minister Y. S. Vivekananda Reddy is against the rules of All India Officers Service Rules.

The DIG Palraj in a press conference on Sunday at Vijayawada said that the former DG Intelligence has monitored the murder case of Vivekananda Reddy at the time of the scene of offence had happened. He used influence on the investigating officers, the then SP of Kadapa and others to slid mud on the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s family members in this case.

He is in the cadre of DG nearly six months after the offence occurred.  ABV said the doubts over the SIT investigation were surprising. ABV said it would send the letter in sealed cover to the CBI if it had evidence. DIG Palraj said ABV should give information according to the method if there is any suspicion.
