Hyderabad: The TSRTC workers Million March on tank bund turn into violent on Saturday. The police made three tier elaborate bando basth on Tank bund and the surroundings of the tank bund areas. Police arrested many RTC leaders and political JAC leaders as precautionary measures on Friday night onwards. Police used lathi charge and tear gases on the RTC workers. Nearly 30 persons received injuries in lathi charges, including five police personnels also.

      The police arrested BJP MPs Bandi Sanjay and Jitender Reddy, TJS Chief Kodanda Ram, CPI and CPM leaders and congress leaders arrested and shifted them to the nearest police stations. Angry RTC workers felted stones on police when they are not allowed to them to go to the tank bund. The RTC workers throw down the barricades and they crossed the barbed wire which police put on the roads.
