Vijayawada: The APCID filed an FIR against TDP Chief Chandrababu as A1 and his son TDP General Secretary Lokesh as A2 and six others in the fake propaganda of false, incorrect and unverified allegations against the AP Land Titling Act.

As per the instructions by ECI the APCID filed an FIR on them on Sunday, in the fake propaganda of false, incorrect and unverified allegations against the AP Land Titling Act.

According to the APCID official sources the notices were served to
P Ashok Babu, office secretary of State TDP office, summoning him to appear before the investigation officer in Mangalagiri CID office on Monday. CID officials informed the complainant Malladi Vishnuvardhan to appear before the investigation officer to record his statement.

We are carrying out the investigation duly following the procedures of law. Special teams were formed to collect the details of IVRS operators and the call centre from where they are operating, said the sources.

Vijayawada Central MLA Malladi Vishnuvardhan lodged a complaint with Mukesh Kumar Meena CEO on April 29^th in a alleged false propaganda was being spread against YSRCP and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. TDP spreading false propaganda through paid IVR calls from 07971318532, +917317956049 and +917313790769 numbers by TDP regarding the AP Land Titling Act.

On the basis of complaint, a memo was issued by Additional Chief Electoral Officer MN Harendhira Prasad on Saturday directing the CID to take necessary action into the matter in accordance with the existing laws and the extant instructions of the ECI, and furnish the action taken report at the earliest.

CID chief N Sanjay appointed G Tirumala Rao as the investigation officer for the case and asked to submit a report in 15 days.
