Kalaburgi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi committed 33 mistakes during 11 years of ruling at the Centre, said AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday.
Speaking with media persons at Kalaburgi, he questioned Modi to reveal how many assurances he had given during the election period and how many of them he has actually fulfilled.
Kharge said that it has been 11 years and 33 mistakes have been committed. You are aware and I have been saying it in parliament too. I have never seen a Prime Minister who lies so much, who commits so many mistakes, who traps people, who deceives youth, who traps the poor and gets votes.
He also pointed out that when the UPA and Congress were in power, they accommodated opposition leaders by offering the Deputy Speaker’s post in the Lok Sabha. However, the present NDA Government has left the post vacant for the past 11 years, breaking the tradition of involving opposition parties in key parliamentary roles.
Modi’s act is illegal, undemocratic, it shows he has no faith in democracy,” he added.
