YS Jagan is going to stage a protest in New Delhi on July 24th: demands President Rule in AP
Vijayawada: YSRCP Chief and former AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that he is going to stage a protest in New Delhi on July 24th. He demanded the Centre to impose President Rule in the State in the wake the worsen law and situation in the State.
He is going to bring the brutal killings, atrocities, vandalism of public and private properties especially the TDP attacks on YSRCP activists, leaders, MPs and MLAs to the whole country.
YS Jagan has sought appointments with President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
YS Jagan on Friday visited the house of Rasheed in Vinukonda who was brutally killed by the Jilani on Wednesday night in a crowded Mandlamudi bus stand in Vinukonda. He consoled the family members of Rasheed and assured that the party will be with them. He also assured that do not fear and we will take care of you and your family and all YSRCP members.
After consoling the family members of Rasheed, YS Jagan addressed to the media persons and announced that he is going to stage a protest in New Delhi to draw the country’s attention to the lawlessness and anarchy that have plagued Andhra Pradesh.
He and his party MPs, MLAs and MLCs will participate in the symbolic protest in New Delhi. He also tried to get support of all political parties in the country against the TDP barbaric attacks on YSRCP cadre. He also said that after TDP came into power in the State on June 12th the attacks on the public and the YSRCP sympathizers and leaders were started.
During the span of 45 days of the TDP alliance rule in the State, 36 persons have been killed and 35 persons were forced to commit suicide and attempted to kill morethan 300 persons. 560 private properties have been destroyed, 490 Government properties have been vandalized, and nearly 2,700 families have left their villages due to these atrocities, he added.
Additionally, there have been more than 1,050 incidents of violence and attacks. This reflects the state of affairs in our state under the present Government, who are not at all bothered to maintain law and order, said YS Jagan.
