Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy decided to implement the two guarantees from December 9th out of six guarantees which were promised in the election manifesto.
The free travel in the RTC buses for women in Telangana will be implement from Saturday onwards. The women who wants to travel freely in the bus has to show their Aadhaar Card or Ration Card or any identity proof card to the conductor.
Under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy the first cabinet meeting held at Secretariat on Thursday evening, reviewed the implementation of six guarantees and other issues.
After the cabinet meeting, the Ministers Sreedhar and Ponnam Prabhakar revealed the cabinet decisions to the media. The cabinet decided to review the financial irregularities and expenditure incurred in the State by the previous Government from 2014 to till date.
CM wants to release a white paper on the financial irregularities and expenditure to the people from 2014 to till date. The cabinet also reviewed the electricity generation and distribution and incurred expenditure. They suspected more financial irregularities in the department. The CM wants to review with the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and other officials on Friday.
He also instructed them to come with all details with full information about the electricity. He also instructed the officials to call for the CMD of electricity board to attend the review meeting. CM also said that don’t accept the resignation of the CMD Prabhakar Rao until further instructions.
