Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay appointed V.M. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy as Advisor on Government programs and general affairs on Friday. The Tamil Nadu government issued an official order on Friday appointing him as the advisor on government programs and general affairs.

Vishnu Reddy is a close aide to TVK Chief Vijay since 15 years. He is a granite businessman in Chennai, he is a resident of Erradoddipalle village in Kalikiri mandal, Annamaya district of Andhra Pradesh. Vishnu Reddy was also with him when Vijay met the Governor to form the Government.

Vishnu Reddy will supervise Government programs, public meetings, public grievance meetings, and security arrangements in which Chief Minister Vijay participates.
