Y.S. Jagan commissions New Village Secretariats in AP

Amaravathi: Andhra Pradesh Government is going to take revolutionary steps in rural development on the occasion of the ‘Father of Nation’ Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary.

   A.P Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to create a revolution in rural development in A.P by commission of Village Secretariats and Ward Secretariats. Y.S. Jagan is following “The Path of Gandhi” and “The Vision of Gandhi” on village development through self-governance of the village.

  AP Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to commission Village Secretariat in East Godavari district on Sunday. He is implementing Village Governance through Village Secretariats in Gram Panchayats and Ward Secretariats in Municipalities.

  The Panchayat Raj Minister P. Ramchandra Reddy and Municipal Minister Botsa Satyanarayana are also commissioning in their respective places. The AP Government is going to commission the new system of Village Secretariats and Ward Secretariats formally on October 2nd. For this new system AP CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy recruited 1.34 lakhs Secretaries and 2.5 lakhs Village Volunteers so far. The AP Government also providing infrastructure, furnitures, computers and other required materials to Village Secretariats upto January 1st 2020.
