Y.S. Jagan distributed appointment letters to village secretaries

Vijayawada: Village Secretariat employees should feel their duty bound responsibilities are not a job, but you feel it as a movement, said AP Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

   He distributed the appointment letters of newly recruited Secretaries in Village Secretariats or Grama Sachivalayas on Monday formally at A1+ Convention centre at Vijayawada. Speaking on the occasion he conveyed best wishes to the newly appointed for getting jobs. Nearly 20 lakhs people participated in the exams and selected 1, 39, 534 candidates. He advised the newly appointed secretaries you perform your duties with amicably to the people who approach you, and do not dominate them. He also said that the newly formed system village secretariats will launch on October 2nd and it will be work with full fledge from January 2020. Now the Government will assign 19 services to the village secretariats and it will be increased upto 500 services, the later. He also said that the Government’s name and fame will depend on your works. Please stay away from the corruption in your duties, be transparent.

   The Government will issue new ration cards, new pension cards and new Aarogya Sree cards to eligible candidates from January 1st, 2020 through village secretariats. These services must deliver to the beneficiaries within 72 hours and also display the names of the beneficiaries list in the notice boards for social audit, Jagan said. The Government assuring the umemployees don’t despair for not getting job in the recruitment. The Government will conduct job recruitments every year in the month of job, he said.

    Panchayat Raj Minister P. Ramchandra Reddy and Municipal Minister Botsa Satyanarayana addressed the newly appointed candidates. The appointments will come under their portfolios. Y.S. Jagan launched the job charts and the manual of Grama Sachivalayas.
