Vijayawada: The AP Government relaxed Curfew timings in eight districts out of 13 from July 1, where the Covid-19 positive cases have come down below five percent. AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took the decision in a high level meeting held at his camp office on Monday with the medical and health officials and decided to relax the curfew timings upto 07^th July.

Curfew relaxation would be from 6 am to 9 pm in these eight districts while in the other five districts of East and West Godavari, Prakasham, Krishna and Chittoor districts, the curfew relaxation would be from 6 am to 6 pm only.

The state government would review the situation in the five districts where the positivity rate is higher than five percent in the coming days and take a decision on extending the relaxations.
