AP Government Relaxed Three More Hours Curfew in Eight Districts

Vijayawada: The AP Government relaxed Curfew timings in eight districts out of 13 from July 1, where the Covid-19 positive cases have come down below five percent. AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took the decision in a high level meeting held at his camp office on Monday with the medical and health officials and decided to relax the curfew timings upto 07th July.

Curfew relaxation would be from 6 am to 9 pm in these eight districts while in the other five districts of East and West Godavari, Prakasham, Krishna and Chittoor districts, the curfew relaxation would be from 6 am to 6 pm only.

The state government would review the situation in the five districts where the positivity rate is higher than five percent in the coming days and take a decision on extending the relaxations.
