AP Government sets up help desk for stranded citizens who struck up Afghanistan

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Government setup a help desk for workers and their family members who are struck in Kabul, to reach out for its assistance. Special Commissioner for Labour G Rekha Rani said on Saturday that AP Government has been constituted the help desk.

In this present crisis in Afghanistan, the State Government has decided to rescue workers hailing from Andhra Pradesh, who held up in Afghanistan. Workers or their family members can directly contact the helpdesk and inform their full particulars to utilize the Government services to bring them back safely, she said.

We are, however, posting the details of the Special Afghanistan Cell of Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate requests from Afghanistan on various social media platforms, so that our people there can have knowledge and contact us for further help, the official said.
