Vishakhapatnam: The CBI registered a case against suspended Dr. K. Sudhakar on Wednesday. The CBI which took up the investigation after the AP High Court took Suo moto the case of Dr. Sudhakar’s arrest registered the case already booked against him by Vishakhapatnam police.

The CBI also uploaded the copy of FIR registered against Dr. on its website. CBI has registered a fresh case against the police based on the complaint of the Dr. and it has re-registered the FIR against Dr. based on the complaint lodged IV- Town Police Station.
