Chandrababu’s quash bail, custody petitions postponed to October 3rd

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s bail, custody and quash petitions in various Courts were postponed to October 3rd.

The quash petition SLP was postponed to October 3rd on Wednesday hearing in two Judges Bench of SC. One of the Judge Justice SVN Bhatti said “Not Before Him”. The petitioner’s lawyer Siddarth Luthra approached the CJI DY Chandrachud for urgent hearing. But, CJI said that it is not possible with immediate hearing, it will be postponed to October 3rd and the appropriate bench will be hear the petition.

On the request of Luthra, CJI said that we do not interfere in the ACB Courts proceedings on the custody petition of Chandrababu Naidu.

The ACB Court Judge Hima Bindhu postponed the Chandrababu’s bail petition and CIDs custody petitions hearing on October 4th. She also expressed dis-satisfaction over the behaviour of Chandrababu lawyers on the bail petition, she said whether either side of lawyers may argue or not on 4th October, she will deliver the order without hearing any arguments.

The AP High Court postponed the hearing of Inner Ring road case on 29th September.
