Nizamabad: The Congress candidate Ilias contesting in Municipal elections in Bodhan town, when Ilias bitten his opponent TRS candidate Imran nose on Wednesday. This bizarre incident took place when TRS and Congress leaders clashed over double voting in 32 wards in the Bodhan town.

Ilias bit nose of Imran when a heated argument broke out between TRS candidate Imran and Congress candidate Ilias, when TRS candidate Imran objected to the alleged casting o double votes by Congress supporters. Imran was taken to the Government hospital in Bodhan due to heavy bleeding from nose. Police dispersed two groups form the polling booth premises. The police took Ilias into custody and filed a case against him.
