New Delhi: Delhi Commission for Women issued notice to the Delhi police by taking Suo Moto basing on the media reports regarding online threats made against Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli’s family, including his nine month old daughter.

DCW served a notice to the Delhi Police, describing the situation as a major concern that requires urgent response. On social media, Virat Kohli Indian cricket team skipper has been mocked for coming out in favour of his teammate Mohammed Shami.
