New Delhi: The Delhi CBI Court sent BRS MLC K Kavitha for ED’s custody on Saturday for seven days upto March 23^rd.  She will remain in the ED custody till March 23^rd in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.

She faces allegations of conspiring with top leaders of the AAP in exchange for favors in the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy. The action comes almost two months after the ED issued summons to her. She was questioned thrice in this case last year, with the ED recording her statement under the PMLA.
