Mumbai: Shiv Sena faction group captain Eknath Shinde Sworn-in- as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Thursday, by putting an end to the political high drama in Maharashtra. He formed the Government with the support of BJP.

Maharashtra BJPLP leader Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister on Thursday, who is the mastermind in the game of dethroning the Uddhav Thackeray’s coalition Aghadi Government with the support of Congress and NCP.

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari administered the oath ceremony at Raj Bhavan with Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister.

Eknath Shinde thanked PM Modi, Fadnavis and other BJP leaders. It’s their magnanimity. They had a bigger mandate, yet they made me the Chief Minister. Who does that? After taking the oath, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said he was not in the Government, he will support in all-ways to the Government.
