A Red Book regime has replaced constitutional governance, with false cases being filed and vulnerable sections, party workers, and those questioning the Government facing systematic attacks, he alleged.

Red Book is a reference to a book carried by TDP leader Nara Lokesh during the election campaign. Red Book has names of all those who harassed TDP cadres during YSRCP rule and had declared that they will be brought to justice.
