New Delhi: “A very special moment that I’ll never forget, said Ranveer Singh on the occasion receiving award at the 65^th Filmfare awards held in Assam on Saturday evening. Ranveer Singh’s film Gully Boy bagged 13 awards in the Filmfare awards-2020.

Receiving the Filmfare Best Actor award trophy from one of the greats, legend of the silver screen, the one and only Madhuri Dixit, etched in my heart forever. He won the Best Actor award for the film Gully Boy-2019. The legendary actress Madhuri Dixit stood special attraction at the Filmfare awards and she handover a memento to Ranveer Singh.

Ranveer took the Best Actor award and Co-star Alia Bhatt received Best Actress award for Gully Boy. Siddhant Chaturvedi and amrutha Subhash received the Best Supporting Actor and Actress respectively for the same film. The film Director Zoya Akhtar fetched the Best Director and Best Film award for Gully Boy. The Filmfare awards-2020 conducted outside Mumbai for the first time in Assam.
