Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee conveyed her best wishes to former Captain of the Indian cricket team and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly on his 49^th birthday.

She went to Sourav Ganguly’s residence at 5 o’clock on Thursday evening with a bunch of yellow roses and a box of sweets. She conveyed her wishes every year to Sourav Ganguly through virtually, but this year she personally wished him in his residence.

Various political party Chiefs extended their wishes to Sourav Ganguly on his 49^th birthday. Soon after Mamatha Banerjee’s departure from Ganguly’s house in southwest Kolkata, the Governor of West Bengal conveyed his wishes to Ganguly with a bouquet.
