Khattar and Dushyant sworn-in-as C.M and Deputy C.M of Haryana

Chandigarh: Haryana BJLP leader Manohar Lal Khattar sworn-in-as Chief Minister of Haryana, JJP leader Dushyant Chautala as Deputy Chief Minister on Sunday at 2.15 pm in Raj Bhavan. Khattar took oath as second term C.M of Haryana.  

    Haryana Governor Satyadev Narayan Dev Arya administered the oath with Manohar Lal Khattar and Dushyant Chautala as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister in a function at Raj Bhavan.

    The BJP won 40 seats, JJP won ten seats in the concluding Assembly elections. Both party leaders came to an understanding to form a coalition Government in the state. The magic figure to form a Government in the state is 46 seats. Both BJP and JJP have 50 seats. Another seven independents also expressed their support to the Government.

   BJP working President J.P. Nadda, Akali Dal Siromani party Chief Prakash Singh Badal and his son, CLP leader Bupender Singh Hooda attended the sworn-in function.
