Hyderabad: Telangana Governor Tamilisai said to Vice-Chancellors of Telangana Universities to promote the concept of “Love and Learning” and “Enjoy and Education”. She interacted with Vice-Chancellors during a conference of Telangana Universities being held at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University on Thursday.

   She felt that universities must encourage research and development activities and prepare a data bank of research papers and activities being under taken by universities. The Governor also stressed the need to develop job oriented courses and also under take improvements in making the teaching-learning process more interesting and stress free for students. The growing role of technology and professional courses in universities must provide opportunities to encourage more women to take up the courses and also contribute economic growth.

   She appreciated the achievements and the progress made in the field of higher education. She also remainded to provide the concept of economic and social responsibility in the universities.
