
SC Allotted Disputed Land 2.77 Acres to Ram Lalla
New Delhi: The Supreme Court unanimously pronounced a judgement on Ram Janma Bhoomi – Babri Masjid on Saturday by allotting the disputed land of 2.77 acres to Ram Janma Bhoomi.
The five member’s judge’s constitutional bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi delivered judgement at 10:30am on Saturday that the disputed land will belongs to Ram Lalla. The land will be handed over to a trust within three months. The court also said that five acres of land will allot to the Muslims to construct a mosque in Ayodhya, as a alternative step of present demolished Masjid by the Kara Sevaks in 1992. The court also said that the Babri Masjid was built in 1528 on the derbies of an ancient building. The Masjid will not built in a fair land said the court.
The court believed the researches of archeological department, the archeological department said that there is a witness of the Ram Janma Bhoomi. The court dismissed the Nirmohi akadas petition.
