Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Wednesday permitted a fast track court, to hear the ghastly rape and murder of the Veterinary doctor Disha. The High Court directed the sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar to hear the Disha’s case, Additional Sessions and District Court.

   The District Court Judge will hear the Disha’s case in fast track Court. The accused who killed her were sent to seven day judicial custody.  On the request of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandra Sekhar Rao, the High Court gave permission to constitute a fast track court at Mahaboobnagar. Protests poured in Telangana and AP and all over the country on the ghastly rape and murder of Disha on 27^th November. The MPs of both houses demanded the fast track court to punish the culprits with capital punishment or death penalty.

  The angry mob of Mahaboobnagar demanded to handover them to kill publicly, when the police kept them at Shadnagar police station on 29^th November.
