Hyderabad: Muslim youths continued their post- Juma prayer protest for the third consecutive Friday in various parts of Hyderabad against the CAA and NRC and the NPR. The protest demonstrated at Macca Masjid in the Old city and other Mosques.

Youths demonstrated after the afternoon prayer raising slogans against the NDA Government and demanding the withdrawal of the NRC. Senior police officers were present to monitor the situation at Macca Masjid and Charminar. Nearly 1, 000 youths also gathered near Azizia Masjid, Mehdipatnam and Zamia Masjid, Ganj-e-Shaheedin Zhirra, Karwan and other places. A federation of Mosques organized a rally in Zhirra. There was an attempt of the fascist forces to snatch the voting rights of the Muslims, said the Secretary of the federation Mujahid Hashmi.
