YS Jagan is a “Chief Minister for a Common Man”: he launched house site pattas distribution at Komaragiri

AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to launch house site pattas distribution program at Komaragiri village of U Kothapally mandal in East Godavari district on Friday at 1.30 pm. The State Government celebrating this house site pattas distributing program for fifteen days from 25th December, 2020 to 7th January, 2021.

Hyderabad: YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a “Chief Minister for a Common Man”. Common Man’s basic needs are “Bread, Shelter and Clothes”. Many poor people are struggling for their lives for these three basic needs. The main basic need is shelter, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken as priority of his Government, to provide a massive shelter program for 30, 75, 000 Pattas to the beneficiaries. The Government will develop 17, 004 YSR Jaganna Colonies across the state.

              This is one of the main objects of his “Navaratnas”, which he gave a promise to the poor people who are not having shelter to provide house sites and construction of houses, at the time of his a long marathon “Padayatra” of 3648 Kms from Idupulapaya to Ichapuram. He also kept these “Navaratnas” in his manifesto also.

               AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to launch the house site pattas distribution program at Komaragiri village of U Kothapally mandal in East Godavari district on Friday at 1.30 pm. The State Government celebrating this house site pattas distributing program for fifteen days from 25th December, 2020 to 7th January, 2021. The Ministers, MLAs and other leaders will distribute in their respective constituencies and mandals.   

               YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch a pylon at Komaragiri village at 1.35 pm and he will formally launch the house site Patta distribution program at Komaragiri on Friday. The Government acquired 367.58 acres in Komaragiri and provided layout 16, 500 plots. Later at 3 pm he will address the beneficiaries.

                The AP CM YS Jagan will take the massive house sites program with construction in three years, with an estimated cost of 50, 940 crores. The Government has a target of 28.30 lakh house constructions within three years. The Government will take up 15.60 lakh house constructions in the first phase, the remaining 12.20 will be in the second phase. The remaining 3.51 lakh house site pattas will distribute to the beneficiaries, after the vacation of Court cases.
