Hyderabad: Our new political party will bring “The era of late erstwhile Chief Minister Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy’s welfare and developmental rule in Telangana”, said YS Sharmila.

Late YS Rajashekar Reddy’s daughter Sharmila launched a new political party in the name and style of YSR Telangana party on Thursday evening at JRC Convention in Raidurg in Hyderabad.

She enter into JRC Convention on Thursday evening, she garlanded the statue of Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy at first which is in the premises, later she also paid floral tributes to the Telangana martyrs statues in the premises.

She also unveiled the flag of YSR Telangana party along with her mother YS Vijayamma on the dias.  The party’s flag contains blue colour with the geography picture of Telangana State and with the portrait of Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy.

After launching her new party and the flag the party Chief YS Sharmila in her address at the gathering said her party will travel in the path of Dr YS Rajashekar Reddy’s rule of welfare, equality and development activities. She will provide the 50% reservation to the women in all Legislation posts and as well as in the party cadre. Her party will provide reservations to the BC categories as per the proportionate of their community population, she said.
