Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that BJP told to its alliance parties TDP and JSP not to use the photo of the PM Modi on its joint manifesto includes Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan.

NDA alliance TDP Chief Chandrababu and JSP Chief Pawan Kalyan released their manifesto on Tuesday at Vijayawada which is far away from the truth. It is only prepared to deceive the people and wants to betray the people after elections, YS Jagan criticized.

BJP State in-charge Siddhartha Nath Singh could be seen refusing to accept a copy of their manifesto at the time of release. State BJP Chief D. Purandeshwari is not seen on the stage.

In an earlier version of the manifesto, photos of Chandrababu Naidu were prominently displayed alongside that of PM Modi, said YS Jagan in his election rally at Kalikiri in Annamaya district on Tuesday. But before Chandrababu unveiled his manifesto today, he received a call from the BJP headquarters, saying having PM Modi’s photo on it is not acceptable. This incident only serves to highlight how unattainable his promises are, he added.

TDP Chief Chandrababu has said at a rally that this year will be his last election if the TDP is not voted to power.
