Kurnool: Kurnool SP Fakeerappa suspended seven S.Is and ordered to report immediately to Head Quarter in Kurnool.

  The seven S.Is went to the film Sye Raa Narashima Reddy without intimation to the higher officials. The Kurnool SP took the S.Is negligence on duty seriously and sends them for VR. He also ordered the DSPs of Nandyala, Allagadda and Dhone to inquire into the matter. All seven S.Is are the purview of Koilakuntla police subdivision in Kurnool district.   

  The seven S.Is faced disciplinary action for leaving their post during work for a 4 am screening of the film. The S.Is were B.T. Subbaiah of Bandi Atmakur, K. Hari Prasad of Nandivargam, K. Jagadeeswar Reddy of Kolimigundla, P. Ashok of Allagadda Special Branch, G. Preetham Reddy of Racharla, G. Srikanth Reddy of Owk and Niranjan Reddy of Gospadu. Despite having Special Branch SI among them, they were photographed by an officer who shared the image on social media.
