Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to felicitate 59 eminent personalities for their rendering services in their respective fields with YSR Life Achievement Award and YSR Achievement Awards on Monday at A1 Convention Centre in Vijayawada on the occasion of AP State Formation Day.

AP Governor Bhiswabushan Harichandan and CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will confer the awards to awardees. AP Government instituted the YSR Life Achievement Award and YSR Achievement Awards this year 2021. The Government selected 29 personalities for YSR Life Achievement Awards and 30 personalities for YSR Achievement Awards.

The Government will felicitate the YSR Life Achievement awardees with Rs. 10 lakhs cash, a copper medal with YSR photo and a memento. YSR Achievement awardees will felicitate with a cash prize of Rs. Five lakhs, a copper medal with YSR photo and a memento. The awards are given personalities who rendered services in the fields of Agriculture, Medical & Health, Covid – 19 frontline workers, Culture & Arts and Journalism.
