Hyderabad: “Law makers are the Law breakers” it’s say public talks.  “Law is a relative to the powerful, rich and politicians” it’s a proverb.

These two are very similar experiences to everyone in the society. Now, the Law maker, MP of Narsapur in Andhra Pradesh K Raghurama Krishnam Raju proves these two proverbs true in the society. Narsapur MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju is an accused in a sedation case under IPC Section 124 (B), on the allegations of abusing the Andhra Pradesh Government and used filthy language against the AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and used hate speeches creating differences between different communities.

Guntur CID Court extended MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju’s judicial custody till July 31st, and also gave permission to submit self bail bond surety Rs One lakh worth in person at Guntur CID Court before July 31st. Guntur District Jail Authorities told CID Court that MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju is not in our judicial custody since May 20th. The jail authorities also said, as per the Supreme Court directions the MP was shifted to the Secunderabad Military Hospital for treatment, which is a part of judicial custody.

MP discharged from the military hospital, Secunderabad on May 26th, said hospital authorities. MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju is in judicial custody till July 31st, but he is not in Guntur District Jail or he is not in the military hospital, Secunderabad. So, where is he? How the CID Court extended judicial custody.

On the basis of CID FIR, the Guntur CID Court Judge imposed fifteen days judicial custody to MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju in a sedation case on May 15th, and he was sent to Guntur Central Jail for remand. MP approached the SC and got conditional bail on his health grounds. The SC in its bail orders directed the jail authorities to shift him to the military hospital, Secunderabad for better treatment and also said his stay at hospital will treat as a part of judicial custody.

According to SC orders the Guntur jail authorities shifted the MP to military hospital, Secunderabad on May 21st. He was discharged from the hospital on May 26th and went away to Delhi in a special flight from Begumpet airport without any information to Guntur jail authorities.

He was not fulfilling the bail procedures at Guntur CID Court by not submitting a self surety bond worth Rs One lakh in person. In these circumstances the Guntur CID Court extended MP’s judicial custody first upto June 25th and next upto July 31st.

Guntur District Jail Authorities told the Court that we came to know that he was discharged on May 26th from the military hospital, Secunderabad. We don’t know where he is? How we will treat him as an accused in our judicial custody.
