New Delhi: Former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will be cremated with state honours on Sunday in New Delhi. Jaitley’s mortal was taken into BJP Head Quarters for the public visit and pay last rights to the departed leader.

         President Ram Nath Kovind and a large number of leaders paid tributes to Jaitley’s mortal on Saturday at evening at his South Delhi residence. Senior Congress Leader Motilal Vohra, NCP Leaders Sharad Pawar and Praful Patel, RLD leader Ajit Singh, TDP Chief Chandra Babu visited his home today.

         Jaitley’s casket, wrapped in the National Flag, was placed. BJP Chief Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid floral tributes to Jaitley at the party head quarters. Jaitley’s wife Sangeetha, Daughter Sonali and Son Rohan also seen at the BJP office.

       The supporters shouted slogans and chanted “Jab Taq Suraj Chand Rahega Jaitley Tera Naam Rahega” and “Jaitley Ji Amar Rahe”. Jaitley funeral procession will start from BJP head quarters between 1pm ton 2:30pm, procession will be carried out on eight kilometers route to the Nigam Bodh Ghat on the banks of Yamuna river.
