London: The hosting country England fulfilled its dream by winning the cricket world cup 2019 at Lords Stadium in London on Sunday.

         This is the first cricket world cup title to the England. The Newzealand won the toss on world cup final match on Sunday at Lords Stadium and decided to go for batting. Newzealand scored 241 with a loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs. After chasing the runs the England also scored the same 241 in 50 overs. The two teams came to a tie with equal runs.

          The organizers allowed a super over to decide the winner. England and Newzealand teams scored each 15 runs in the super over and also make tie. Later the organizers decided the scoring the fours in the tournament. Finally the England won on the basis of fours, England scored 24 fours and Newzealand scored 16 fours.
