Hyderabad: Telangana Governor E.S.L. Narashiman and Lady Governor Vimala Narashiman felicitated the Gold winners P.V. Sindhu and Manasi Joshi in World Badminton Championship and World Para Badminton Championship on Sunday in Basel.
