Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday felicitated the Tokyo Olympic Bronze Medalist PV Sindhu at his office in Secretariat by wearing shawl and Rs 30 lakhs cash prize.

He appreciated PV Sindhu for her dedication towards Badminton and he wished her to achieve more medals and fame in Badminton. He also suggested her to start a Badminton Stadium at Vishakhapatnam soon and groom more youngsters as Badminton players.

Badminton player PV Sindhu met CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy along with parents and showed the Bronze Medal which she won. She thanked the CM for encouraging her in Badminton before going to participate in Tokyo Olympics – 2021. She assured CM she will start her Badminton academy very soon.
